Job Description
 

We’re looking to add a reliable skilled construction professional to our team. In this position, you will complete a variety of construction tasks. It will be your job to ensure that those tasks are completed as efficiently and effectively as possible. The work that you do each day can change based on the needs of the project being worked on. You will spend time working with framing, concrete, siding, exterior finish work, drywall, painting, tile, and flooring. It is essential that you’re able to perform these tasks with competence and professionalism and in accordance with all relevant local building codes.
 

We’re looking for candidates who are capable of carrying out many different skilled labor tasks with minimal supervision. We are not looking for someone new to construction. A minimum of 5 years experience related to the tasks listed in the previous paragraph is required, as well as the ability to read and understand construction drawings. Job Responsibilities:

• Utilize a variety of hand and power tools

• Assist with the operation of heavy machinery

• Complete many different construction tasks, including painting, framing, concrete, siding, exterior finish work, drywall,  tile, and flooring.

• Follow all local, state, and federal health and safety standards

• Commit to continually improving your skills through on-the-job training

Job Requirements:​

• 5+ years verifiable experience in construction 

• Ability to use a wide variety of tools

• Capable of working well with minimal supervision

• Willingness to learn and be part of a team
   

Job Details:

• Full Time

• Salary - $18-$30/ hr
